Matured exclusively for seven years in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, this distinctive Single Malt brings together the signature fruit-forward character of Shortcross Irish Whiskey with the rich, indulgent influence of Oloroso sherry cask maturation.

The result is a beautifully balanced and complex whiskey, where fresh orchard fruits and sweet malt meet layers of sherry-soaked raisins, rich dark fruits and warming spice.

Double distilled in traditional copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland, this limited release celebrates the art of exceptional Irish whiskey making and patient cask maturation.

Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, preserving the whiskey's authentic character and full depth of flavour.
