Refund & Returns Policy – Rademon Estate Distillery 

1. Overview
We want you to enjoy your Shortcross purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with this policy.

2. Eligibility

• Refunds or exchanges are available for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly delivered.

• To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• We cannot accept returns from individuals under 18 years of age.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

4. Refund Processing

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges for the same product can be requested following the same procedure.

• Shipping for exchanges is at the customer’s cost, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or consumed products

• Products damaged due to misuse or accident

• Gift cards or promotional items

7. Shipping Returns

• Use a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• Rademon Estate Distillery is not responsible for items lost in transit during returns.
