Explore Our Whiskey Casks
The Shortcross Cask Curators Club offers three distinctive Irish whiskey styles:
Single Malt Irish Whiskey
An expression showcasing the rich malt character, orchard fruit notes and distinctive craftsmanship of Shortcross Single Malt.
Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
A celebration of traditional Irish whiskey making, combining malted and un-malted barley to create a rich, full-bodied spirit with depth and complexity.
Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey
A distinctive expression bringing together the richness of malted barley and the character of peat smoke, offering a compelling alternative for lovers of smoky whiskey.
A Legacy Worth Sharing
At Rademon Estate Distillery, our Irish whiskey story began in 2015, when we first laid down casks of our own spirit.
Today, our passion for innovation, craftsmanship and exceptional cask maturation continues to shape every whiskey we create.
The Shortcross Cask Curators Club offers a unique opportunity to become part of that story, with a cask crafted at our independent distillery in the heart of County Down.
Limited casks. Exceptional craftsmanship. A whiskey story of your own.
