Proudly distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down, this exceptional expression celebrates the craftsmanship, character and complexity of our independent, family-owned distillery.

Initially matured for seven years in a 36-month air-seasoned Virgin American Oak (Quercus Alba) cask, this distinctive Single Malt was then finished in a carefully selected Ruby Port Quarter Cask, introducing vibrant fruit character and remarkable depth.

Our signature Shortcross notes of fresh apples and pears are beautifully complemented by bright red forest fruits developed during Ruby Port quarter-cask finishing.

The result is a rich, fruit-forward Irish whiskey, where fresh orchard fruits, luscious berry notes and the distinctive influence of Ruby Port oak come together in a beautifully balanced expression.

Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, preserving the authentic character and complexity of this exclusive release.
