Tasting Notes

Nose

Bright and inviting aromas of freshly zested lime, lemon tart and sweet citrus sherbet unfold alongside delicate rose petals and soft vanilla, creating an elegant and beautifully fragrant introduction.

Palate

A vibrant, fruit-forward palate with layers of juicy melon, ripe pear and refreshing lemon zest. Gentle pot still spice brings warmth and complexity, while vanilla caramel, creamy malt and subtle chocolate malt sweetness add richness and depth.

Finish

Smooth, creamy and wonderfully balanced, with lingering notes of golden honey, toasted granola, vanilla and soft citrus sweetness.
