Shortcross Single Pot Still and Single Malt.
The malt lends green orchard fruit and honeyed cereal notes, while the pot still amplifies this and adds further notes of tobacco leaf and linseed, while giving a rich and full bodied Irish Whiskey.
This is the first time that both the Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish whiskies used in this style of blend have been produced at a single distillery.
