Distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery, this exclusive 7 Year Old Shortcross Single Malt Irish Whiskey was bottled to celebrate Belfast Whiskey Week 2026.
This special whiskey has been solely matured for seven years in a first filled Oloroso Hogshead, bringing together the bright, fruit-forward character of Shortcross Single Malt with the rich, decadent influence of a first fill Oloroso sherry cask, creating a beautifully balanced and complex whiskey.
Double distilled in traditional copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland, this expression delivers exceptional depth of flavour and is non-chill filtered and bottled in its natural colour.

Nose
Sherry soaked raisins and sweet malt intertwine with our signature orchard fruit notes.
Palate
A smooth, full-bodied palate begins with sweet malt before layers of rich dark orchard fruits and sherry infused malt emerge. The Oloroso cask influence is a beautiful influence of integrated balance by rich dark fruits, sherry soaked raisins and delicate sweetness.
Finish
Medium to long in length, the finish is led by lingering notes of dried fruit and tobacco leaf. As these rich flavours evolve further layers with odorous soaked raisins and dark fruits preside as warming malt spice returns, leaving a balanced and memorable impression.
