Matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon, Sherry and Virgin American Oak casks, this premium blend delivers a beautifully layered flavour profile, where vibrant citrus and delicate florals meet fresh orchard fruits, creamy vanilla and gentle warming spice.

From zesty lime and fragrant rose petals to juicy pear, golden honey and rich caramel, each whiskey contributes its own distinctive character, creating a harmonious blend that is both approachable and wonderfully complex.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Bright and inviting aromas of freshly zested lime, lemon tart and sweet citrus sherbet intertwine with delicate rose petals and creamy vanilla, creating an elegant and fragrant introduction.

Palate

Rich, smooth and beautifully layered, with juicy melon and ripe pear leading into refreshing lemon zest. Gentle pot still spice introduces warmth and complexity, while vanilla caramel and creamy malt sweetness add depth and balance.

Finish

Smooth, creamy and wonderfully rounded, with lingering notes of golden honey, toasted granola, soft vanilla and delicate citrus sweetness.
