Proudly distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery in County Down, this exceptional expression celebrates the craftsmanship, character and complexity of our independent, family-owned distillery.

Initially matured for seven years in a 36-month air-seasoned Virgin American Oak (Quercus Alba) cask, this distinctive Peated Single Malt was then finished in a carefully selected Palo Cortado Quarter Cask, introducing remarkable depth and richness.

Our signature Shortcross notes of fresh apples and pears meet savoury cured meats and delicate sweet smoke, beautifully complemented by indulgent dark chocolate and rich dried red fruits developed during Palo Cortado cask finishing.

The result is a decadent, richly flavoured Irish whiskey, where gentle peat smoke, orchard fruits and sherry cask influence come together in perfect harmony.

Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and presented in its natural colour, preserving the authentic character and complexity of this exclusive release.

Limited to just 100 bottles, this exceptional Single Malt celebrates the art of peat, oak and patient maturation.

Nose

A finishing period in a carefully selected Palo Cortado Quarter Cask introduces further complexity, enhancing the whiskey with decadent notes of dark chocolate and rich dried red fruits.
